Haregate Residents Association:

The Association is made up of local residents of the largest housing estate within the Staffordshire Moorlands.
Our aim is to enhance existing facilities and improve conditions for all age groups of people within the area so as to make the Haregate estate a pleasant and safe place to live.
Our major task is to maintain and manage the Community Centre in Haregate Road Leek for the use of local groups and organisations.
The Centre is presently managed on our behalf by Clive Smith, the Community Development Officer for the Staffordshire Moorlands Community & Voluntary Services.

Headway North Staffordshire

Headway is a day service for people with head injury living in North Staffordshire, providing social interaction and respite for them and their families and carers.

We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, and provide opportunities for members to participate in woodwork, computing, daily living skills, educational, leisure and social activities.

Home-Start Staffordshire Moorlands

Home-Start Staffordshire Moorlands is a charity that offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children in the district.
 
Home-Start offers a unique service, recruiting and training volunteers - who are parents themselves - to visit families with at least 1 child under 5 at home to offer informal, friendly and confidential support.

Ipstones Pre-School Playgroup

At Ipstones Pre-School Playgroup our aim is to provide excellent quality care for all children aged 2-5 years. We aim to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment in which children's individual development and learning can be enhanced to its full potential. We are a parent / carer involving group and aim to provide equal opportunities for all children and families.

Our belief is is that young children learn best through play. Our well planned and balanced curriculum allows children to achieve approved learning outcomes through a wide range of activities. 

Above all children have the opportunity to learn whilst having fun and forming friendships with peers and adults.
